Delightful Bites in Augusta

I've been here three times already since first discovering it a few months ago. The ladies here are always energetic, smiling, and ready to serve their customers! This was the first place in town that I could find that sold macarons at the time, so I was eager to try them. And they were definitely worth it! The cupcakes are probably my favorite, though! The service was fast and satisfactory!

Amazing cake!!Beautifully done, it was truly the center of attention. The taste was just perfect. Frosting was awesome. I will never get grocery cakes again. The price is well worth it. To see the look on everyone's face especially my father's was truly worth every penny. Thank you for making my dad's 80th birthday a day to remember.

We hired Delightful Bites Cakery to design and make our wedding cake. They did a phenomenal job of creating a beautiful and delicious cake! The process of meeting with the bakery and tasting cakes was so enjoyable and easy. The cake was delivered on time and looked stunning in our venue and was exactly what we were hoping for.

Amazing! Best decorated cookie I have ever had. The cookie itself is a little over an inch thick! Only place in town that I could find that would decorate the entire cookie as a soccer ball. Other bakeries would only frost a border around the edge. It was decorated wonderfully and tasted amazing!

They went above and beyond. We ordered a specialty cake on very short notice, this cake was absolutely incredible. Much better than we imagined. The staff is fantastic. We will definitely recommend them. We are extremely pleased with the whole experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Delightful Bites is the best.

I purchased 2 cakes for my daughters wedding reception and was shocked when I picked them up. They were plain, just some pattern on the cakes, but nothing said "wedding cake".The cakes were moist and delicious and traveled well in the horrid heat but for what I paid I was shocked at what I receivedThe customer service was really good, but honestly, I believe their wedding cakes are overpriced..After seeing the reply, I have to apologize for the comment on the plain cake. Since my daughter wanted that then so be it! the bottom line, she was happy and loved the cakes as well as the attendees, that is all that matters. I am changing to 5 stars! By the way, the cake pops are awesome!

The cake was absolutely delicious,but We lost a lot of it because they did not leave a Box for us to put it in when it was time to go home. Also for 700.00 I expected more.

Great place to grab some goodies. We love their cup cakes. The price seems steep if you have never shopped for professionally done baked goods. I was thoroughly impressed. I hope this gem stays around for a long time. The only downside is they are frequently busy. But this is due to the demand of their superb baking.

The cake was beautiful but expensive. And that would have been fine but the cake was supposed to be for 30 people and it was very small! It was an $100 cake that maybe fed 15 people. We had to cut it into slivers just for everyone to get a piece. Disappointed will be going somewhere else next time for an event.

Delightful bites is a delicious delight! Today was my first visit, but I will definitely be back! I purchased some sugar cookies with butter cream frosting, and toffee cookies. My mom loves toffee and was over the moon when she tasted the cookies! I am really impressed by the cute designs done with butter cream frosting. The cookies are perfect! My only regret was not buying more

Ordered my sons wedding cake and it was absolutely beautiful. Everyone enjoyed it. It was delicious. Susan was kind enough to let us keep the cake there and they also delivered it to the reception. Thank everyone there for the wonderful cake. Bride and groom were happy and loved it.

I ordered peanut butter cake for my husband’s birthday and it was the best cake I’ve ever had! Definitely will come back to that place. Also their cupcakes are amazing!

This cake was done to the exact specifications requested! Very easy to order and the cake was to DIE for! The cake fed 30-35 people and we only have 15. Needless to say it was all gone! The staff was super friendly when we picked it up. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for specialty cakes 100%!

While visiting my daughter and son-in-law, last month, I started craving something sweet, Macarons to be EXACT. So, we took a ride to Delightful Bites. The macarons were delicious, especially cranberry and the passionfruit. Then, I started picking out cookies, then I laid my eyes on these little containers of Chicken salad, I got one of them. This chicken salad, I ate on crackers, had grapes and pecan pieces....and it was soooooo good !! I had enough leftover, I put it in the fridge for a late night sandwich but later that night when I went to get it ,my daughter told me " Its in my belly, I finished it" I held her down and tickled her, demanding my chicken salad back.!!! Now, I'm back home in Louisiana, searching the internet for a recipe to try and recreate that chicken salad. I have a feeling I'll be going to Delightful bites on Every visit from now on.

Just stopped in for the first time and it was a very nice little bakery. I had the chocolate chip, salted caramel, and pecan cookie and it was delicious. I also got a trio of beautiful looking cupcakes. The new owner helped us out and was very friendly.

Very delightful establishment. Beautiful jewelry and they do everything in their power to be helpful. Great place for resizing rings and doing repairs. A place with honest people willing to go out of their way.

My toy story themed cake and cup cakes were awesome!!! They did a wonderful job decorating and the cake was so moist!! Great job ladies!!! I will definitely be using you again!!

I purchased a birthday cake from this location, it was beautifully decorated, however I asked for strawberry filling and I got maybe 2 tablespoons and for this cake was like a pencil line between layers the cake was also very, very dry. For the price I paid 54.00 I could have done better at Public’s for much less. I am not impressed at all.

ONE WORD: DELICIOUS!! This is our favorite bakery in Augusta. Everything tastes amazing and the presentation is just as wonderful. The cakes are beautifully decorated...you almost feel guilty cutting into them. Great family owned bakery!

Cookie monster would love this place! Tried 2 of their cookies,a peanut butter and salted chocolate cookie. Delightful!! That must be where they got the name.

My husband and I chose Delightful Bites to do our wedding cake last year, and we were not disappointed. The cake was deliciously moist and decorated exactly as we requested. People kept asking me where we got the cake from all night! Of all the places we sampled cake at, this was definitely the best. So many great options, it was hard to choose!

If I could leave no stars I would. There are no words to convey how thoroughly dissatisfied my mother and I are with this product. The petit fours were uneven in height, sloppy frosted, and some falling over. I wouldn't advise using this bakery even in dire straits.

Ordered my son's birthday cake from here. It was exactly what he wanted and it was delicious!! Highly recommend this place!

I ordered my sons birthday cake a month in advance and had ZERO issues on the day of. I was extremely nervous but I called a day before to confirm all was well and ask if they needed further clarification on anything. I went this morning and they showed me the cake before I left, and my son was so happy. It was everything I asked for. They definitely did a great job paying attention to the inspo pic I sent and the cake tasted amazing. It was very moist. Everyone gave compliments, I highly recommend this bakery. I would suggest always calling to check in and check your order thoroughly before leaving. That way if it doesn’t meet your expectations you can at least talk to them so they could make it right.

We have loved their cupcakes for awhile, and picked them to make our wedding cake! They did an amazing job, it was moist and delicious and everyone loved it. The baker worked very hard to find the decoration we wanted (numerous phone calls) and was always extremely friendly and helpful! Would definition recommend.

I have been coming to Delightful Bites Cakery for well over a year (honestly can't believe how long it took me to review) and it is my wife and I's favorite place to get quality dessert. They made the cake for our wedding almost a year ago, which still gets rave reviews to this day. The staff is always sweet, especially Ms. Sharon! She always greets customers with a warm smile and sets the atmosphere of the cakery. I COMPLETELY recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth!

Simply magnificent !!!!! This was the second time that I've had a cake made and they never fail to surprise me. My daughter 16th birthday cake was astonishing. I simply told them to go for it and was over joyed with the result! I'd recommend these wonderful professionals 10 out of 10 times!Once again delightful bites has done an outstanding and an amazing job. Made this rose cake at my request and I was blown away. I purchased a cake for a birthday. I sent in a picture of what I wanted and they were very nice and professional. I was asked to provide the figurines for the cake, and I provided them although I thought they would. The cake was 2 tier, 2 flavors, and had a little decorations on it. It was $108 and fed about 18 people. I thought the cake was going to be a nice size, but it was rather small to me. The cake was pretty and tasted average. The decoration was supposed to be pink and purple, but they were pink and blue.

Many choices all delicious but deciced to try the cocolate chip cookie. Great customer service and they offer something new each week flavors change and cupcakes also.

Absolutely the best loved my wedding cake it was moist and tasty. The designer made it very beautiful I would recommend anyone to get there sweets there. Besides the wonderful cake we didn't have to save the top of it for our anniversary they will make one for us a year from now that is just great. We are new to the Augusta area and needed a birthday cake for our daughters 7th birthday party. Best cake we have ever had! Frosting and cake was extremely moist and delicious! Our guests asked where we got our cake from because they said it was delicious too. Thank you for Naomi’s unicorn cake !
